This Privacy Policy explains how AI Adaptation handles personal data for aiadaptation.team, AI Snapshot diagnostics, implementation requests and related services, including operational links to tickervoice.app.

These documents are operational legal drafts for the current MVP and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before high-scale commercial rollout.

1. Who We Are

AI Adaptation provides AI readiness diagnostics, AI Snapshot reports, implementation-center content, business automation guidance and related AI workflow services. Contact us at superagent@aiadaptation.team. Our listed office contact address is Yigal Alon St 94, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact data, including name, email, company details, role, diagnostic answers, implementation requests and support messages.
  • AI Snapshot and report data, including readiness inputs, generated recommendations, purchased guide status, delivery records and admin notes.
  • Operational data, including page visits, form submissions, checkout status, diagnostics, security logs, device data and approximate region.
  • Payment metadata from payment providers, including transaction status, product, amount, receipt identifiers and checkout references. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Knowledge-workflow data, including submitted business processes, documents or descriptions needed to prepare an AI automation recommendation.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the website, process diagnostics, generate AI Snapshot reports, deliver paid materials, respond to leads, prepare implementation recommendations, process payments, maintain admin records, improve knowledge-base quality, debug errors, prevent abuse and comply with legal, tax and accounting duties.

We may use aggregated or de-identified workflow signals to improve our diagnostics, templates and AI case knowledge base. We do not sell personal data.

4. Service Providers

  • Vercel for hosting, deployments, logging and runtime infrastructure.
  • Supabase or other databases for lead, diagnostic, report and admin records.
  • Google Workspace and Gmail for business email, report delivery and support.
  • OpenAI or other AI providers for diagnostic personalization, report generation and automation analysis.
  • Allpay or other payment providers for checkout, payment authorization and payment status updates.
  • Analytics, security, map, QR-code, email and reliability services used to operate the website and protect the business.

Providers may process data in countries other than your own. We use them for operational purposes connected to hosting, AI processing, payments, email, diagnostics, security and support.

5. Cookies And Storage

We use cookies, local storage and session identifiers to operate forms, diagnostics, admin views, checkout flows, language preferences, reliability checks and security controls.

6. Retention

We keep lead, diagnostic, payment and report records for as long as needed to provide services, support users, keep audit records and meet accounting or legal requirements.

7. Your Choices

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing. You can also ask us to stop non-essential marketing or follow-up emails. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Security, Children And Changes

We use practical administrative, technical and access-control measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as services, providers or legal requirements change.
