These Terms govern your use of aiadaptation.team, AI Snapshot diagnostics, paid guides, implementation requests and related AI Adaptation services.

These documents are operational legal drafts for the current MVP and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before high-scale commercial rollout.

1. Acceptance

By using AI Adaptation, submitting a diagnostic, requesting an implementation review, buying a paid guide or contacting us through the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

AI Adaptation provides AI readiness diagnostics, AI Snapshot reports, paid guide delivery, AI implementation case materials, business workflow analysis, automation recommendations and related consulting or support. Separate written agreements, statements of work, invoices or order forms control where they conflict with these general website Terms.

3. Payments And Digital Delivery

Paid products are processed through Allpay or another payment provider shown at checkout. Digital guides, diagnostics and report outputs may be delivered immediately or by email. Refunds are handled case by case and may be refused for delivered digital materials, completed work, abuse or inaccurate customer information, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. AI Output And Professional Review

AI-generated diagnostics, implementation ideas, cost-saving estimates, revenue-growth angles, reports and automation recommendations are informational planning support. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your exact business. You are responsible for reviewing outputs with qualified human professionals before relying on them for legal, financial, employment, safety, medical, regulated or mission-critical decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, business and payment information.
Use the services only for lawful purposes and do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, confidential third-party or misleading content.
Do not bypass checkout, admin controls, access limits, security checks or delivery restrictions.
Review every AI-generated recommendation before using it in business operations, legal documents, finance, HR, healthcare, safety or regulated workflows.

6. Intellectual Property

The website, diagnostics, report formats, content, knowledge-base structure, automation templates, code and service design belong to AI Adaptation or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own submitted business information, subject to the rights needed for us to operate and deliver the services.

7. Availability

We aim to keep services reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Provider outages, deployment issues, maintenance, security events or force majeure events may interrupt service.

8. Disclaimers And Liability

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Adaptation disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, accuracy and business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Adaptation will not be liable for lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, consequential damages, business interruption or decisions made from informational AI outputs.
